The broth was rich, savory, the miso brings a good balance to the saltiness of the broth. The chashu is fatty(in a good way), meaty, filling and melts in your mouth. The noodles have a good chew and taste fresh enough. You only get half an egg per serving which is a shame because it's seasoned well and the yoke melts in your mouth. I do wish you would get more wood ear mushroom and the ginger on the side.

Chicken Ramen is always my go to, it hits the spot every time. When I order from O Ramen I know my order will be packed with care, even in the cold snowy weather my order was warm upon arrival. Ninja Fries were fresh & not soggy, Edamame is consistently good. Enough food to feed me twice!

Hands down probably the best ramen you'll eat here in ABQ. The Chicken Ramen is fantastic, rich umami type chicken broth with perfectly fried panko chicken. Add shiitake mushrooms, butter, nori, corn, side rice, and the potato cakes for a real good time.
Everything comes professionally packaged, quality is consistent I've ordered twice from here this week.
Love that I can customize the ramen down to the soup base, other ramen houses you don't get as much customization.

Every bite packed with the PERFECT amount of spice and astounding flavor! The curry was phenomenal the chicken was cooked beautifully! The to tonkatsu ramen was also so very good and prepared for perfection! The edamame was cooked al dente the squeeze of lemon added a great flavor to it! Was not disappointed in this meal it arrived hot and fresh and the packaging was great sealed and no spills. The portions were perfect we almost got 1 curry's but the one was just enough to share! We will DEFINITELY be ordering this again! Usually very skeptical ordering from new places on DoorDash but this place DID NOT disappoint!

The Tofu Curry was amazing and spicy just the way Ilike it!!! And the Takoyaki was amazing I ordered 2 of them, 1 for lunch and 1 for later and ended up eating both with my curry lol!!! My only suggestion would be to ease up on the bbq sauce, it's so strong that it over powered the mayo but the bonito flakes made up for it!
