I ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae and I don't know what happened but the hot fudge did not taste right, it tasted so chemically and did not even taste like chocolate. Also, it was covered in pecans which I didn't select. The brownie was barely heated too. I had to throw it out after one bite, I felt so guilty but it was inedible.

They entered the order in wrong from Door Dash so I am missing one of my ice cream desserts. Celeste was not helpful on the phone and wanted me to come get the order myself even though they entered the order in wrong. Nothing was done to fix their mistake

this is usually so creamy and delicious but today it's loaded with chunks of ice and can't even be drunk.

Ice cream is good but this is the second time I order and receive the wrong items from this store. Employees should pay closer attention to what is being ordered.
