Portions were large !! At first we were worried about the price but than realized it was in the same rangeas coldstone. Ice cream was soft but not in a melted way !!! We will reorder soon.

Literally a 1/2 scoop of icecream and root beer that requires a bottle opener. Won't ever order to go again.

usually whatever toppings you add to ice cream it's all mixed together, this just wasn't. entire scoop of chocolate chips thrown on top most sitting in a corner stuck to the ice cream, & the cake not mixed in either, would say, just do better.

Kid's Frostbites (and frostbites in general) are made very inconsistently. Sometimes there be will be plenty of large chunks of the chosen mix in; other times there will be sparse, tiny bits of mix in - sometimes with the bottom half being plain ice cream.
We just received a Fudge Brownie Sundae that had a very hard brownie - to the point where it wasn't edible.
When made well, definitely 5*s. But this location seems very hit or miss.

I have to give lower stars, because of the lack of following instructions. The food is always amazing - but missing order specifics on a order that's only two items, really sucks.
I'm lazy, I don't want to spend my time typing up this review, so next time just get the details correct.
