I ordered about 40 minutes ahead of time. My poor DoorDash driver was waiting an additional 25 minutes for them to make our order. Usually I'm pretty patient but that's an insane amount of time to make three items. I understand they were busy since I did call in and ask what was going on but regardless that was just too long.

We had a single and double scoop of icecream . The ice cream was melty... and worse it the portions were very tiny.
Not how it normally is.. but we were surprised at how little was in each bowl.

I ordered a chocolate shake with added cookie, and double malt. of. I got a chocolate shake with way too much chocolate added, NO cookies, NO malt. The receipt had them listed so I paid for those additions. Called Oberweiss and the manager said there's nothing he could do. Told me to try to get my money back from DoorDash. I told him over once he is holding the air here. He said he had no idea what to do.

I was charged for a shake and lava cake. They never gave the shake and charged me $30-.This is the second time this store has done that. I called the store no one answered.
