Twice i ordered here, same dish. Last time over spiced. Very hot but i liked. This time was zero heat, zero seasonings, zero salt, bland and noodles were hard. Theyre batting .500 with me

The crawfish had no flavor, even the egg that was swimming in a container of juice had no flavor.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ocea Blue Oyster Bar and have never had an issue with this restaurant—until now. I ordered my usual seafood boil ($58.93 before tip, $62.93 total with DoorDash), and what I received was completely inedible. I called the restaurant immediately and spoke with the manager, Robert, who showed no concern. I explained that I had just gotten out of the hospital and could not physically return the food. Instead of offering any kind of resolution he said, “Sorry, ma’am.”
This was not only disappointing, but incredibly unprofessional. No customer should be treated this way, especially when the issue is clearly on the restaurant’s end. I’ve always supported this place, but after this experience, I will never eat here again. Extremely poor customer service and no accountability. Do better.
