The Hs3. Lemon Chicken was delicious! Sauce came on the side so it was nice and fresh. Egg Sp1. Egg Drop Soup tasted fresh and hot and had a perfect zip of spice to it. Egg Ap1. Egg Rolls (2 Pieces) were nice and crispy and they even gave me a Rangoon included when asked to split them. Best Chinese food in town!

The Hs22. Salt and Pepper Shrimp was good, but a teensy bit saltier than I am comfortable with. But it's down to personal taste. Wasn't expecting the noodles, let alone them being crunchy. 😅 Good noodles, but tbh, I prefer the non-crunchy Lo Mein style. Again, this dish was new to me, and my review is strictly stating personal preference. As they say, "your mileage may vary." 😁
The Ap5. Pan Fried Dumplings (6 Pieces) were spot on, as always. Looove me some pan-fried dumplings---they're a solid go-to if I want a change of pace. I ordered enough food to have several meals for the weekend, so haven't had the P1. Sweet & Sour Pork or Ap15. Half Crab Rangoon yet, but "Sweet n sour" anything, and Crab Rangoon is always a sure bet when ordering takeout. 😁

C8. Kung Pao Chicken nope! more like Kung Pao Celery & misc ingredients. Very little chicken. I had to actually search for the very few scraps of fatty chicken. 80% celery! That was a waste of my money.

Normally love this place and haven't had bad food. Tonight the chicken and green beans was completely dried out. The cucumber salad was just julienned cucumbers with rice vinegar (not as described), and my crab rangoons weren't in my order. I'll continue to order, my but was disappointed today.
