On the whole the food was very good. The sauce for the salmon was delicious. The bisque was good also but had too much cream for my taste and too little lobster and roe for its outrageous price. Again the garlic mashed was pleasant but overpriced and not special. Finally the butter cake was lovely with a good vanilla ice cream but could have had more sauce and fruit. Sill the end result was a lovely meal.

The Lobster Mac and Cheese was a huge disappointment. Looked nothing like depicted on this site. Not only did it not contain chunks of lobster…it barely contained any lobster at all - only contained bits of the flat tip ends of claw. A simple sauce on macaroni with flecks of lobster. The entire dish is definitely overpriced and lacked flavor.
The Teriyaki Salmon was delicious and worthwhile, as was the Shellfish “Cobb” Salad and the Warm Butter Cake desert.

The burger was solid, I'd give a 5 star if they didn't miss adding the sauce, cause the burger was a bit dry.
I asked for a medium well, which they delivered perfectly. I'd go for a medium next time.

It was fine but expensive for what it was. The bisque was extremely thick. The vegetables in the snapper was my favorite part.

Although the food was delayed because the kitchen was busy, it was worth the wait. The Blackened Snapper is absolutely delicious! Will definitely remember Ocean Prime for future orders.
