• 3/13/25Buttermilk Fried Shrimp Dinner is my favorite! It is always so delicious! The shrimp are a great size, the breading has excellent flavor and the cocktail sauce is seriously the best I've ever had. The loaded mashed is terrific as well as the broccoli! I just honestly love everything about this particular entree. And the sweet tea was spot on!

• 7/16/26Our food was absolutely terrible. We ordered two Southern-Fried Chicken Tender Salads and the lettuce had clearly been frozen and then thawed out because it had that wilty, clear consistency. The chicken was ALL breading. There was hardly any meat in there. I don't know what has happened to O'Charley's. It used to be good. For a $20 salad, this was really disappointing.

• 5/22/25The Ultimate Grilled Chicken Sandwich is great, lots of flavor. I had cheddar added to it. The rest of my order was disappointing. The green beans are canned and tasted like salt and sadness. It blows my mind any restaurant would sell canned vegetables. Loaded Potato Skins tasted fine but came with almost no toppings. There was maybe a teaspoon of bacon crumbles spread over all of them, maybe a half teaspoon of green onions, and the sour cream was about a tablespoon in total, which was hot due to being placed in same container as the skins. Not sure if I would reorder from here as I felt the value for what I received was poor overall.

• 1/30/24Everything arrived hot. The salmon is topped with onion, and green bell pepper and shrimp. Sides asparagas and green beans ( nicely seasoned) each item was foil wrapped in styrofoam container . Rolls in separate bag, salmon nicely cooked. Very tastey!

• 1/13/25The Chicken tenders O'Charley's Famous Chicken Tenders & Fries were tiny and overcooked. The Mac and Cheese was half full as was the Spinach & Artichoke Dip. The Loaded Potato Skins were ok, but there was only enough sour cream for two, not six. Will not be ordering from there again.
