• 1/8/25My order wasn't delivered by my Dasher, but the restaurant was great! Not their fault at all and they were super friendly when I called! I reordered and the meal was awesome! Great portion sizes, hot and delicious! I'll 100% be back again for the food and service from the restaurant! Thank you!

• 1/18/22potato skins were raw and crunchy and we had to finish cooking
charged $3 for 8 Oz of extra sour cream and got 1ea 1 Oz container.

• 6/26/23The family meal was perfect for us with different options. The only thing that would have been better based on quantity, would have been more than 8 chicken strips. Most people can eat 3 or 4+ alone. For $62, even including the burgers, more chicken strips would probably make us more likely to buy again.

• 2/17/26Steaks were smaller than what we ordered plus they were well done and dry, not medium as ordered. The coleslaw was soured and inedible. For $72 I was very disappointed! I will never order from O'Charleys again
