It had been a while since we ordered from O'Charley's and tonight showed us how much we missed it. The food was SUPERB and no items were missing. We picked it up curbside and they wholeheartedly accommodated us. Thanks, O'Charley's, for making us feel so appreciated!!!

Ribs were super chewy. Probably cooked at high heat and not long enough. Ordered a full rack, got 5 ribs. Which technically isn't enough for a half rack. Corn on the cob had every silk still on it. Barely edible.

Tenders are now the size of your index finger. Has gone downhill in quality drastically the last few months. Do not order from here. Zaxby's tiny teders are bigger.

Do not get southern fried chicken salad. Some lettuce and cheese thrown in a styrofoam container for $19. Pathetic. Loaded potato soup was consistency of wallpaper paste with flavor to match.

This place is a joke! The Mac and cheese taste like something that been sitting out for 2 days. The "Cole slaw" is just huge chunks of cabbage with mayo on it. The Hand-Breaded Catfish Dinner is just sad. One would be better off eating nuggets from McDonalds. The New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta was a child size portion for almost 20.00 and all the food was cold. O'Charleys do us all a favor and close your doors if you're not going to produce quality food .
