Everything was solid -- Pork belly was gas & honestly the crispy bits were the best
The salchipapa was massive and the sauces tasted great with it

He comprado en varias ocasiones y el día de hoy estuvo malo pedí una salvajada y el pollo la salchicha y el chicharrón todo tostado no se pudo comer solo papa con la libra de queso que le colocaron mozarella ningun otro tipo de queso y eso pollo más tostado

Small portions, was ok. Liked the Empanada. The Pork ribs were small and hard. The pork belly was hard and bland. Meh.

Nicely surprised. The pork belly is tender, crispy and delicious. the pork ribs were a little firm, and the sauce tastes like Sweet Baby Ray's, but i like al dente ribs, and i love Sweet Baby Ray's, so i enjoyed them.
Definitely will order again.
I want to try the Salvajada, but the menu says it comes with "French fries topped with a crispy fries, grilled steak, chicken breast, Colombian chorizo, and sausage"; all of those proteins in the dish. It seems to me that the "grilled steak, chicken breast, Colombian chorizo, and sausage" should be options, not all combined, but the menu does not provide for Selections, or Exclusions. I would enjoy chicken only, or steak only, and i definitely don't want chorizo. Maybe rework the online menu so it allows us to either select the proteins we want, or allow us to exclude the proteins we don't want.

Dry and virtually inedible. Chewy and overcooked meat, and barley any meat was left on the bone
