Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! The cornbread was sweet and moist. Rib tips were flavorful and tender. The Southern Spaghetti was unlike any spaghetti we have ever had. We will be ordering again.

overall, everything had a great flavor. A slightly bit too salty. I was pretty amazed at the size of the oxtails, until I actually got into it. You only get 2, but a majority of it is just fat. Not actual meat. That was fairly disappointing. Again, great flavor, but I feel like the fat was 90% of the oxtails. Pretty expensive for barely any meat. Mash potatoes were great, rice and gravy amazing. red beans and rice was mostly red beans (totally okay) great flavor. I ended up mixing the beans in with the bigger portion of rice and gravy. The bit of meat that was on the bone was so tender. Held great flavor. I know the fat helps with that, but this was an insane amount of fat. Trimming it up slightly might help. OR adding an extra oxtail

Food is pricey for the value. BBQ'd Rib Tips were not tips but full ribs pieces and lacked flavor and chewy. Greens also lacked flavor in seasonings. Smothered Pork Chops were alright but the Mac n cheese taste bad with the choice of Cajun seasoning and green beans are mushy

The Jambalaya w/ 2 Sides is always delicious. Not to spicy just super flavorful. Full of chicken, shrimp, sausage and vegetables in a yummy tomato type thicker broth. I love the collard greens. Mac & cheese is ok too. Comes with corn bread too.

I ordered the oxtail egg rolls with a side of mac & cheese. And baby.....Everthing was AMAZING! The oxtail egg rolls were a creative combo of oxtail, greens and mac & cheese wrapped in a deep fried egg roll! It came with a very flavorful white gravy. The sides were "off the chain". The beans were sweet and loaded with meat, the potato salad was better than my mama's (Sorry mama!) and the mac and cheese was everything! The place definitely lived up to it's name! Gonna try everything on the menu and I suggest you do to!
