Shrimp is very expensive compare to the same in Harlem. Luckily I got more than 10 pieces. Not sure if that was a fluke . Banana pudding was only pudding...no wafers and two pieces of banana! Jerk chicken was good...wish they had hard dough bread! Portion size was good.

So, I wanted to complain about the catfish being 4 strips, as opposed to being 4 catfish filets (the menu does not differentiate between filets or strips). However, this food is really good. The macaroni and the yams were drier than I normally like, but tasty. This is the best food of its kind that I've in Yonkers.
I saw other reviews where people complained about the portion size in relation to the price. I didn't like that meal advertised one price for a combo, but once you clicked on the item, you had to pay extra for the sides. Understandably, with this current outrageous inflation, they have no choice but to charge more, but the food is worth it.

Mac & cheese was old and soggy. Greens was very tasteless as well as the chicken. I'm very shocked because normally everything is on point. I don't know what's going on with today, but I will say it was a total waste of my $30.

I can say the service was decent. Two gentlemen behind the counter pleasant.
Food ;Totally disappointed: ☹️ I arrived at the restaurant 6 mins after the text advising the order was ready and the young man said he didn’t think I was coming, he was happy not to throw the food away.
Ordered Sunday dinner for 5. I have the elbows, the cheese must have been left at the store. Cabbage ;salty, Candied yams weren’t tender, sweet potato’s undone.Whiting and Catfish & Shrimp Combo 6/10 could have been better seasoned. $117— They were out of greens so I substituted Potato salad at the suggestion of the gentleman and that along with the Chicken Wings (4 pcs) Dinner was edible. I wouldn’t return but wish them luck as a small business.

This is my second time ordering. This time was not good. The fish was fine. The greens were mediocre and the black eyed peas had no flavor or salt. The cake was dry and tasteless not a hint of lemon. If I ever order again it will be a long time. I will not recommend however. 27 for the food an additional 11 for tax and delivery! Not worth it!
