The calamari looked nothing like the picture, it was extremely disappointing. Portion was tiny for the price, it was extremely stale, chewy and bland. I will go elsewhere.

O Fish used to rock!
It has unfortunately gone down in quality considerably.
The filets used to be double the size, as were the steak fries.
Last few times I have ordered the quality has been way below expectation.
I hope they pick things back up.

Portions could be better but tasty, traditional food. The Crevettes bang bang / Bang Bang Shrimp is so good, I keep craving it. Our last order, they may have used older oil because the Fish and Chips Londres / London Fish and Chips tasted somewhat burnt - its usually spot on.

I was really disappointed with the calamari I received. It looked nothing like the picture used on the menu. The menu showed lightly battered calamari rings and small squid. I received heavily battered calamari rings that resembled onion rings they were so thick (due to excess batter). They were over cooked and extremely chewy. Change the picture on your menu, it's deceiving to customers.
