Short changing customers
Every time I order the Jumbo Ogalo Burger, it appears to come with only two chicken patties/layers instead of the three it is supposed to have. I’ve ordered the same burger from other Ogalo stores, and they consistently provide the full three chicken layers.
What concerns me even more is that the Edmondson Park store appears to cut one of the two patties in half and position the pieces separately, making it look like there are three layers. it is extremely misleading and unacceptable, particularly given Ogalo’s premium pricing.
Other customers say the same thing on Google reviews about this store, yet it keeps happening. Customers should receive exactly what they are paying for, not something that is presented as three layers when there are actually only two.

Chips are cold, two jumbo burgers don't have chili sauce as requested, just two plain burgers. Please read instructions or remove the function. Not happy with the quality of food
