I cant lie this is the BEST gelato in Australia and ive had gelato from too many places and this is definitely my go to. Everyone tap in with Oh my gelato nowww. Price to portion to flavour ratio is too perfect. TAP IN.

I tried the Honeycomb Gelato and unfortunately it missed the mark for me. The flavour comes off as sharp and bitter, with an overly sweet base that overwhelms any subtlety. Rather than delivering the gentle milkiness suggested by “fior di latte”, what I tasted was a mix of heavy sweetness and heavy bitterness with no middle ground. The texture had promise — the crunchy honeycomb sounds appealing — but the end flavour left me disappointed and a bit regretful I even ordered it. For me, instead of a balanced treat it was clashing: too bold in the wrong ways. I would caution anyone who prefers light, milky gelato to skip this one or sample it first.
