The taste of the pork gyozo was amazing. However, the salmon bento was disappointing. it made me doubt the freshness of it. when I took a bite it tasted like it was like out of date. I would not order again the bento, but I would for the gyozo. the portion size is great though.

No chopsticks supplied, which I think it a must in Japan tradiction. Plus, the hand rolls are loosen, the rice easily fell apart. I can't see the service and craftsmanship in them. No satisfied. I used to visit your shop that was much better than delivery food.

Fried Udon with Vegetable was disgusting. It tasted like the vegetables were frozen and had been way overcooked. Everything else was great

Absolutely Disappointing – Not Japanese Cuisine
This was one of the worst meals I've ever ordered online. The vegetable tempura was just soggy, oily balls of fat, drenched in a splash of coloured water pretending to be sauce. The steamed rice was completely overcooked and turned into a gluey paste. The miso soup tasted like warm, flavoured water — barely edible.
There was nothing remotely Japanese about any of this. The entire meal felt like a wet, greasy fry-up from a street corner vendor rather than a Japanese restaurant.
I won’t be ordering from here again and I strongly recommend others do the same.
