The Aburi platter is probably the worst sushi I ever heard. It's not about the authenticity (I know I am in Dubbo). Seafood is at least 2/3-1/2 of the size they should be. And even with the egg sushi they dare to cut down the size. It's not even fresh made tamago! I have never seen an aburi tamago(egg) sushi in my life and clearly they have nothing to do with Aburi. Sauce is also just abusing mayo without pairing any eel/spice sauce. The beef udon is a bit bland but at least the portion is reasonable. Terrible overall. It's not about authenticity, it's just not good at all.

OMG why haven't I ordered from here before! Absolutely devine, fresh, delicious and so exceptionally tasty. Defs be back again as there's such a huge range and having certain food allergies this is pure goodness for my gut, especially the MISO soup. I made use of the deal which with the cost of living was a bonus as well
