Cheese crisp was perfect! Was worried it would be soggy as I ordered delivery, but was warm and super crispy. Exactly what I wanted‐will order again!

The Burrito was awful. Pretty sure it had been prepared days ago. Sour cream was crusty and seems it was just microwaved before pick up (which was on time). Very disappointing given I have eaten here (via doordash and in person) frequently in the past and may seriously not return.

I used to rave about this restaurant to everyone. Food would arrive fresh, warm and it was so delicious. The past few times I've ordered their rice bowls it has not been good. Tonight I added sweet potato to my steak rice bowl and the diced sweet potato was uncooked mixed in with cooked pieces. Every bite I took, I bit into raw hard uncooked potatoes. Completely ruined the dish. Did Old Pueblo get a new chef because I do feel like the quality of the food has gone down. So unfortunate as I used to love this place and felt like they couldn't go wrong!

Delicious, tacos didn't come with rice and bean pictured though so make sure you order that on the side. Always so good, just sometimes have order hiccups.
