the cold beverage cup size is smaller than other Oliver Brown stores but their drinks are always fantastic

The portion was really small, and the taste was way too sweet. Its definitely not worth the price. The blueberry jam ontop was like jelly and tasted very artificial, the cheesecake layer was not fresh at all and did not taste or look anything like cheesecake, rather like sewage water jello. The base was sweet and nothing else, there is absolutely no flavour, only sugar. Looks unappealing visually, the fact that it tasted terrible was no surprise. I would DEFINITELY NOT order it ever again, worst $15 spent ever plz refund ;-;

Disappointed that the  Belgian Waffle had only 1 x waffle in my order whereas  the photo on website shows 2 waffles. Other than that it was delicious.

Half my order was out of stock. instead of calling me so I could choose another item they just sent nothing. Bad customer service
