The food was delicious, but I did have one issue with my order. I requested extra toum (garlic sauce) and didn’t receive any. After calling, I learned it only comes with the chicken kabob. The menu doesn’t mention garlic sauce at all (it only lists a price for extra sauce), so in the note I requested extra toum. It would be helpful if the menu clarified this or offered garlic sauce as an add-on. The employee also mentioned they refer to it as “garlic sauce,” so using the term “toum” may have caused some confusion when my order was packed.

the chicken shawarma in my Create Your Own Combo is so dry it's like jerky,although the Kabob beef is tender. the amount of meat seems awfully light, both on my combo and the Beef Shawarma Salad
the Baklava really is just 2 small squares for a portion
as a customer, I'd rather you raised your prices than reduce the portions this much

Typically their food is great but this time it lacked seasoning and flavor and was very bland. The Chicken Kabob was not seasoned at all and dry and tough and not tender and juicy like it usually is. The rice was hard and unflavored and unflattering. I'm very disappointed as a long time customer, not sure what happened this time, hoping they just had an off night and that this won't continue again in the future.

Rice was too salted...!!!hen I git there, they ignored me even thought the place was empty.
I stood at the frontof the lady at the ccounter and she turned back.
Bad customer service. I won't go there again.
