Some of the b est home made Italian we have had. Found this gem in 2021. Husband and wife team are phenomenal! We highly recomend EVERYTHING, but are partial to the spaghetti alla Pescatora, wild boar bolognese and the pizzas. The home made deserts are also fantastic! Love love love this restaurant!

Last night my husband and I met with a friend for dinner & we decided to check out this place for Italian for the first time. We arrived at 6p which was great because we got a pick of several tables and before we knew it, it was packed! We shared the tartare for an appetizer which paired perfectly with the homemade focaccia bread they provide complimentary. We ordered the boar ravioli special, the mushroom papardelle pasta, and the seafood papardelle, and the portions were PERFECT! We all left full and happy. The quality and freshness of the pasta is second to none as well. I can't wait to come back! Pro tip: bring your own bottles of wine as they don't sell wine. There's no corkage fee!

This is by far one of my favorite Italian places in San Diego and luckily is nearby where I live. The food is always high-quality, the family that owns it is very nice, and I'll continue to go.

It was ok. had a weird sweetness to it that threw it off. I'd say maybe try it out, but that sweetness will prevent me from buying again.
