Quality ingredients, fresh and packed with flavor! Perfect for a healthy meal. This will be my go to when I do not have the energy to cook. Literal chefs kiss! Next time I'll order extra chicken to keep me full lol. Garlic sauce and taziki sauce is wonderful. Chicken is fresh and juicy!

Bowl was pretty good but the rice was plain white rice, not the "super grain" mix they claim in the ingredients. I also suggest pasture-raised eggs. You'll get better flavor from the yolks. Yams were delish, avocado was fresh and ripe. Tahini sauce is pretty bad, I recommend switching brands or making in house. I thought it came with pickled onion, but it was green onion. Might be my misunderstanding on that...but pickled would've been better.

Wow so glad to have quality food, protein packed AND gluten free. So delicious and the hot sauce is so good on everything, plenty of flavor on its own too!
