Probably one of the best katsu breading I've had for a decent price. The K1. 왕돈까스 / King Donkatsu is a hefty portion and the N9. 판모밀 / Zaru Soba is super refreshing for beating the summer heat!

Firstly I asked for extra green onion and brother bc they didn't have an option while ordering. They gave both for free!

Perfect crunch, the panko is amazing I can only imagine what it's like on the meat
The crunch held hours after as well without reheating. Was very impressed
N10. Tonkotsu Ramen Combo (Charsiu Bowl)
Broth was so damn savory. Incredibly rich and fresh. Bean sprouts aand gronion a bit old.
Meat was 7.5/10 but still good. Hiro nori is a bit better
Charisu bowl wasn't anything too special
The sauce unfortunately had spilled everywhere so I was very short on that. But I could see the vision and it was very solid. Extremely skimpy on the meat. About 3-4 pieces and all rice and veggie.

The employees were so kind and put together my order very nicely. Food was only okay. The Charsiu Bowl really skimps on the meat. It's 95% rice, 4% meat, and 1% toppings.

I ordered the King Donkatsu, but it had a strong fishy taste, which was really off-putting. It seems like it was cooked together with fish katsu, and that completely ruined the flavor for me. I usually enjoy eating donkatsu without sauce, but this time I had to smother it in sauce just to cover up the fishy smell. I don’t like fish katsu at all, so this was really disappointing.
