I expected the burger to come with tomatoes, lettuce and all the things that come with a burger of course since I paid 25$ for this . No, the burger came falling apart and with cheese only and a pickle on the side.

I didn't know it was possible for cheese to have literally no taste - absolutely none. Ordered mozzarella sticks which had zero flavor (even the breadcrumbs were tasteless, it was just a neutral blob that existed) and I genuinely thought I had suddenly lost my sense of taste. When I tried the grilled cheese, there was a slight taste to the bread, but that's it. It was the most bizarre and disappointing food experience of my entire life. there were a couple of more things that were ordered but I'm afraid to even bother trying it.
I cannot overstate the total lack of taste. This isn't an exaggeration. It wasn't just bland or under-seasoned... and it wasn't cold or undercooked or anything like that. It was just absolutely tasteless. It was like eating the solidified version of air, I don't know how else to explain it.

I didnt know the fish and chips was on a sand ???? The fish was on a bun so it was soggy as all hell when it got to me. Fries were like cardboard. Beyond annoyed for an order i paid over $25 for in the end. And my dasher waited until i gave an extra $5 tip before he left. He walked in and demanded another $5. I just did it so he would leave. Im disgusted honestly.

On Parade had been good but getting very sloppy. Ordered Grilled Swiss with bacon and tomatoes. Got it with no swiss cheese. NO CHEESE AT ALL. Same order apple crumb cake. Arrived upside down and looked like someone was playing "toss the crumb cake" as it was not in one piece. And because of issues like this I ordered at 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon thinking it would be a quiet time for them and they could get my simple order correct. Didn't work.
