• DoorDash orderTaste was bad undercooked, and wow so much gristle I had most of the meat have such fat I threw most of it away. And the macaroni was stale and tasted old also. Skipping this place from now on. It was good while it lasted.

• DoorDash orderI called the store and asked them to sub Mac for veggies. They said they would, then did not. There's another Ono, in Upland, they get orders correct and have better quality food. Generally disappointing. The Chicken Katsu was good though.

• DoorDash orderThe food is always good from here bbq/Katsu mix, the kids meals are good size. I would just caution both customer & Dasher that Ono Employees tend to forget to include drinks and don't always follow special instructions on orders.
