Amazing love this place been going here for a while. Unlike most of the Local Bubble tea houses they don't just let your drinks sit there and they also rarely ever have bad boba.

Always so good! The brown sugar boba and lychee tea were awesome. Thai tea was great as well- just the right sweetness.
