I loved this and it was some of the best chicken Chicken Pho / Phở Gà I've had so far omg I'll be getting this again especially if I am sick or craving Pho.

The cha gio is decent but nothing to sing about, and the 'sauce' - I have no idea what that sauce is but it's not the usual nouc cham. Their spring rolls are generously stuffed. The buns are BIG which is a nice change. And they actually follow directions if you ask for something to be omitted, which is excellent for those who don't like cilantro because they are VERY generous with their cilantro. The PORTION of MEAT is incredible. Think 'overflowing'. What was sad is that the meat, while having tons of COLOR was also severely LACKING in FLAVOR. ALSO, and maybe more importantly, the sandwich is severely lacking in the pickled veggies which offer that nice tart, fresh balance to the umami of meat.

I ordered the Grilled Pork Banh Mi, Fresh Spring Rolls( Gỏi Cuốn), and Fried Egg Rolls (Chá Giò). Personally I've had better Banh Mi's with more flavor. The fresh spring rolls did come with two rolls. They were nothing special. The noodles were over cooked and hidden within the lettuce. The only meat in the roll was two pieces of shrimp. Again, you can find better elsewhere. Lastly the fried egg rolls were good, the best thing i hate. But again, nothing out of the ordinary. I wouldn't eat here again.

Pho is very good. We will be going back. Plus the carryout bowls are large enough to eat from if you dont have pho bowls at home.

The edamame was great, and the spring rolls were good (stuck to paper and ripped) but the sauces were very watery. The crab rangoons were very greasy and didn't have much flavor on their own. Maybe they just weren't allowed to drain.
