Best sushi and sashimi I've had in Minnesota, hands down. 3 Wise Men and Hamachi Sashimi were both incredible. And that's via DoorDash to the Kahler! The wasabi is fresh and legitimate, not the "wasabi" one often sees in higher volume environments. I've had a lot of sushi, sashimi, nagiri, etc. in my life, and this was top 10%--which is saying a lot for an East coaster who has also lived in California and Hawai'i. The servings are not large, but their quality is outstanding; honestly I think they nailed the value proposition here. Had I paid 2X for the same thing in NYC, Boston, Portland, Monterey, or Waikiki I would not have been mad at it. So good, that I'm writing this review instead of ordering more. Can't wait to order from here again in the future, next I'm in town for the Mayo.

The hidden Dragon is my absolute favorite sushi Roll anywhere. Ootori sushi is amazing.
