The Crispy Chicken Strips were a little burnt on the edges and not crispy at all. In fact, they looked and felt soggy. Everything was packed in the bag neatly, though. The Spicy Rice was like congee. It was really wet. I've had it before from another Oporto branch, and it wasn't the same. It was like fried rice, and I loved it. I gave both dishes 3 stars which I think is still pretty generous because I believed there's still room for improvement.

The chicken had a strange plastic-like aftertaste and tasted off. The portion was also much smaller than expected (around 8 bolas). I couldn’t eat much of it.

The portion size was not how it was supposed to be. I have ordered from here plenty if times and for some reason the portion was less than half of its normal size. Also no tomatoes.

Churros were dry and not coated enough but the Pulled Chicken Bowl was amazing as well as the Pita & Garlic Dip
