I would order this again, crunchy with seasoning & great protein inside! Then that sauce on the side, 10/10. I'm so glad this place has opened up!

First off, they stopped serving brown rice, second thing is they don't follow the customer's instructions or giving the customer their condiments and utensils.
I asked for the utensils, the teriyaki sauce that I requested from the add-ons, and two of my orders had no green onions as requested and no teriyaki sauce as requested.
Then, they co time to put a cold salad along side hot meat and rice and by the time it reaches your home, your salad is now steaming.
I guess I could have asked for my salad in a separate container, however this should be done without asking since it's a take out order and not eaten there.
So, I have to scoop out the salad, which also is sitting in about ¼ cups of water. If I wanted water with my meal, I'd get it from my fridge.
They are a hit or miss place. Sometimes it's good and the other half of the time, it's not so good.
I had not ordered from there in months because of the mistakes, but I like their good.
I want it to be consistently good.
It's not cheap food.
So, I hope this gets back to the owners because we would love to keep coming back, but not if they can't get the order correct.
