A small craft distillery located in Pendleton Oregon using local grains and ingredients to showcase local agriculture. We also have a wood fired pizza oven and full service kitchen!
Alfredo Garcia is amazing, my only complaint is that the bacon is a bit fatty. The other toppings are delish and the crust had a fantastic texture like freshly baked French bread! Bread Makes You Fat? is divine! The oil vinaigrette is so perfect and the texture of the bread is just the right amount of crispy.

We will never come or drive to Pendleton without stopping at this pizza place. Our favorites are the grizzly bear and the James Cagney add jalapeños!! Worth the price it's a huge pizza so you get big portions and is fresh out of the pizza oven everytime.

Chicken was a bit dry, the yummy BBQ sauce and delicious bleu cheese more than made up for it.
