Flavors of both Tonkotsu Pork Ramen and Salmon River Roll was great. The amount of broth and pork in the Tonkotsu Pork Ramen was a little disappointing. About half the serving size of the last time I had it. These two items are my favorite at OJ's. Hopefully not the new normal.

Best Chinese food in Bangor. The General Tso's chicken is far better than any I've had elsewhere. Once you eat at the Jade you can't go anywhere else. Generous portions great for leftovers or sharing.

Spicy California Roll was great. unfortunately the rest was cold and not very good. chicken and beef teriyaki were burnt, pork was really fatty, and chicken finger batter was undercooked. usually pretty good so was disappointed this time. Not sure I will waste $50+ again on this.

OJ has always been a staple to Bangor and has had the best 94. Honey Orange Chicken in the area.

amazing food all together. everything was still hot and the duck sauce was amazing..Famous Jade Pu Pu for One is my go to and it makes about 3 or 4 meals for me.
