The vegan pho was so tasty! I’ve never tried pho prior to being vegetarian, so I don’t know how it compares to the traditional bone broth base, but this was so delicious and had so much flavour. Heaps of tofu which was cooked perfectly and heaps of veggies and noodles. Packaged carefully for delivery too. Really enjoyed and will order again!

I decided to give this store a second chance after my last order was disappointing (pho with dumplings, the dough wrapper had disintegrated into the broth due, disgusting). This time I ordered a Combinations PHO and a Steamed Pork BAO. The Pho was fine enough, the bao was inedible. It was so tough on the inside I could not chew it, and it was soggy on the outside. It had obviously been over-microwaved past being able to be consumed. This cost $9.49. Pulled apart to see if I could save some of it, nope, binned. Do not waste your money here, there are far better Vietnamese/bakery hybrids in Toowoomba who do much better food preparation, and tastier Pho.

FINALLY! Great value, and portions, had BBQ pork Sald and the Fish Cakes.
Much better than the OVER-PRICED, smallest-of-portions Chong Co Thai, where 1 "SMALL" oblong dish costs ALMOST $30.00

I buy the Combination Pho at least once a week. It is delicious! It's my little treat for myself and it makes me happy to eat it. I leave the meatballs for last because they taste so good and I want my last mouthful to taste the best.

The beef salad was delicious and fresh. The pho was very tasty except the beef was tough and overcooked. Please leave the beef out of the stock next time as it overcooks and goes hard. Also there weren't any herbs or chilli included.
