Chilli was missing on both of the burgers and the patty does not stand out enough to be a 1/4lb. $2.50 refund from DD does not justify the missing chilli or the mistake

I love Tommys,but this cheeseburger was terrible.It was room temperature, I had to heat it up in the microwave, and I paid extra for direct delivery. There was hardly any chili at all, there was no point in calling it a Tommys chili burger, which was really disappointing. At least I have no complaints about the cheese fries.

8 out of 10 burgers for us as first timers. fries were nice and soft but crisp on the outside. good stuff

I asked for a Double California Classic Hamburger (1/4 lb.) and got something with no lettuce, a few pickles, and a single tomato that looked like it had been kicked on the floor. I asked for a Caliente Burger that was not caliente because there was not one pepper on it, but they did put chili, which was not requested. The California Classic Hamburger (1/4 lb.) was not supposed to have lettuce, but it did, of course. This was a very disappointing meal.

I ordered the "two for one" cheeseburger deal and a lemonade. On my app, it looked like I was charged correctly - but when I received the receipt, I was charged full price for each burger AND for the lemonade which I did not receive.
