First time ordering from Orlando Fuji Sushi and the food was really good. The Awesome Roll (deep fried) was crispy and flavorful, and the Teppan NY steak was cooked well with generous portions. Packaging was great and my dasher was excellent. Missing the white sauce I ordered, but overall a great experienceI’ll definitely order again.

The Dynamite Roll is great! One of my favorites, especially with a tiny bit of soy sauce, there are so many flavors that blend and balance each other. It is ever so slightly greasy, so don't wait too long to eat it after being made. It is not a "fresh" tasting roll. But it is fantastic. The Rainbow Roll* is okay. Not my favorite, but a good recipe of classic sushi ingredients. Somewhere inbetween a "fresh" tasting roll and a not so fresh. Maybe if you order it early in the day rather than later (after 7:00) it would be better. Fuji Sushi is a nice place and the best sushi around Union Park/Waterford Lakes for your money in my opinion. Specialty rolls are generally great. I am certainly a return customer!

Ordered shrimp tempura. For $10 I got two pieces of shrimp tempura and the rest were tempura vegetables. Ripoff.
