Im very satisfied with my order from Osaka. I ordered extra chicken and they did not disappoint! The portion was HUGE, it was enough to feed me and two others. Plus they packaged the food carefully, so it still arrived hot and fresh, even with it being a long distance. Overall, it was super delicious and I would definitely order this again.

I have not one bad experience from the Osaka in South Town. Even my special instructions get followed perfectly. From in person experience, I can see how special requests can be a tough task as this location can be extremely busy so I'm extremely grateful for their attention to detail. They even take the time to wrap the utensils and sauces so they don't spill or get contaminated. This location definitely provides the full 5 star experience.

it is always the best but my last 2 orders had very little in them which was odd cause it is always full I get 2 meals out of it which helps me cause I am disabled and in a wheel chair and don't have much money. the only change I made was sub soba noodles instead of fried rice. I still have to pay the extra either way but I got half of what I normally get. I was so bummed cause it is my most favorite place to eat.

they make the best teriyaki chicken every time I get paid I order and the people that work their are great and always give me the extra teriyaki sauce thanks guys

it was dry like no teriyaki sauce on it at all and they only gave me one sauce cup. day shift is amazing my food is always hot when I get it and they always put the extra teriyaki sauce on my food and 2 sauce cups
