i had the chicken shawarma on the rocks & it tasted phenomenal. my only complaint was the proportion of rice to the meat but that is a very minor issue since the rice itself tastes good. the overall proportion is very worth it for $16 because it was enough to last me from lunch to dinner & i am definitely considering buying from osmow's again.

I eat from Osmow's from time to time. I usually get the Beef On the ROCKS, prepared by placing rice at the bottom, then topping it with meat and generous sauce which always makes me happy. I had a craving today and ordered it online. I was disappointed to find that, when I opened the order, almost 1/3 of the dish didn't have meat, and there was very little sauce. It was very bland, and the meat was dry.

Osmow's half and half is solid anywhere but from this store. The rice, fries and chicken are stale, and this location in particular is always so so stingy with the sauce. Check out another osmow's for your cravings and skip this if you want the real thing.

Just a few pieces of meat buried under a mountain of salad. I am a regular customer at this branch, and I know exactly how the portion size and food presentation are supposed to be. When the driver delivered my order and I opened it, I was shocked—the salad was messily thrown on top of the food and looked completely different from what I usually receive.
I moved the salad aside and realized there were only a few pieces of meat underneath. Unfortunately—or fortunately—I live very close to this branch, so I went there in person to ask for an explanation. Instead of apologizing, they argued with me. They replaced the meal, and the food they prepared there was completely different from what had been sent to me.
Despite that, the food quality was still very poor. With clear bad intent, the supervisor who prepared the food poured an excessive amount of garlic sauce and another sauce on it. At that moment, while I was recording a video, they said, “This is the standard sauce portion,” and deliberately added so much sauce that the food became completely inedible.

Chicken on On The STIX® was great, it wasalso deliveredright after pickup, fries were still hot and toppings were there this time.I will definately place order and call in next time like this time.
