Day by day the quality at Osmow’s is going down. Today I ordered a full-size chicken shawarma wrap, but they gave me a regular size instead. This is not the first time the portion and quality have been disappointing. If customers are paying for full size, they should receive exactly that. Please maintain the same quality and portion standards you were known for.

Not at all like the picture. Had barely any lettuce, and mostly onion. Not a full portion. And loaded in sauce. Disappointed.

Contacted store to inform them that my falafel on the rocks was so covered in sauce you could not see falafels or the rice. I could not eat it. Falafels were hard as well. Store tried to say it was the drivers fault after they told me I had not ordered from them. No credit or offers. Disgusting customer service

the rice was over cooked I took pictures come on
we would of sent it back
the rice was very wet and like eating potatoes
also we paid for a large fry and got a small portion
what is happening with this osmows franchise we were very disappointed tonight for our dinner
