Falafel Shawarma Wrap was gastronomically delicious! As seen on the pics, its devoured to the last bite! And the on the On The STIX® was phenomenal. Great first time try and will surely come back for more.

There was no spoon or napkin in the package.
In addition, there was a gap by the side of the plate
Nothing was served there, it's always the issue whenever I order vs buying in person.
The inconsistency is actually not nice, why should I order large and get the food size of medium while paying full price for large?

Rice wer not fully cooked. Quantity was low specially meat. There was just name of meat on it. Taste was also not according to Osmows standard.
Very disappointing this time.

All of the chicken still had the tendons on it and was very rubbery and inedible. This seems to be a recurring problem too. Seems like an overall quality/trimming issue, cause it was not just one bad piece. Definitely not what I expected.
