Chicken is very overcooked, hard to chew. Barely any sauce. Not sure what's going on with the downtown Osmows but it's so inconsistent. It's either really good or really really bad. Couldn't even eat this....

They add hardly any sauce..It's dry. And consistently missing extra items. Pop, extra sauce (cause it's dry). Take the drive to the Osmows in the Rio Can centre instead.

Worst Osmows I've ever eaten at. This location just slaps food together and the chicken is somehow always dry and chewy. Try ordering from the Osmows at the RioCan center instead.

I ordered Chicken On the ROCKS® but it was missing the hot sauce. I also paid extra for garlic sauce and received less than half a cup. Really disappointed with the service, felt like I wasted my money.
