Absolutely unacceptable. I paid $26 for an OZBOX and got a box full of lettuce with barely any chicken. On top of that, I paid extra for mozzarella cheese and didn’t receive it at all.
This isn’t a small mistake-this is careless and unprofessional. I’ve tried other locations before with no issues, but this specific place is clearly poorly managed. Either the staff don’t care or they simply don’t know how to follow basic order instructions.
Charging full price and delivering this kind of low-quality. It's honestly ridiculous and waste of money.

The chicken was hard and dry with sauce all over to cover it, wasn't fresh at all the fried were also hard and seemed like they were reheated from the day before. A little bit disappointed as i always order from here in store and when i decided to get delivery i got the worst chicken poutine I ever had from here

I paid extra for hot sauce and it was a teaspoon of to mention the hot sauce was disgusting. I didn't even use it.
The fries look nothing like the picture. I was expecting some seasoned hot fries. They were not appetizing.
The Falafel Wrap w/ CAN - pop was just ok. I didn't enjoy ate half of it so that I wouldn't be hungry.

had the chicken OzBox. it was hotand delicious. I also ordered a pita and some humous to go with it. I got the pita but there was no humousin the bag. this was not the drivers fault. the driver was great. quick delivery
