Portion size was good as well as the amount of chicken. However, I ordered ONLY garlic sauce and paid additional money to add extra garlic sauce on the side. Tahini seasoning was added all over the food and no additional garlic sauce was provided on the side, or, added directly to my meal. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order. Will be looking to order from a different location.

the chicken was not fresh, it was a bit hard and my fries (rocks) were not cooked properly. it is my first time getting it like this as they were always pretty good. However, I will still order from them as it is my first complain

the meat inside the Shawarma Wrap i got wasn't upto 3pieces . very tiny wrap with poor quality of everything. the sauce was so small.I have been patronizing osmow but this is too bad. I regret this purchase

There was barely any chicken or salad. Just a huge lump of rice, ive had shawarma across most continents and this was the absolute worst. Please order elsewhere, i haze zero good things to say about the food other than it arrived quickly. Wouldnt order again
