I love this place, always have. Ordering food to-go is different, though. They don't offer extra noodles or their side seasoning (miso butter. Obviously, not a deal breaker for me, but a little annoying.

I've ordered from Otaku many times before and it's always been good! Today was just interesting because my first order was picked up by someone who was not my dasher. I'd hope they'll have a better way of verifying orders in the future!
