We received no bread, they wanted to up charge $4.25 for Alfredo on the Chz Tortellini, even though a sauce wasnt specified. They wanted $4.25 for Alfredo on the kids Chs Pasta Pillows instead of just allowing a sauce to be selected. The serving of Chz Tortellini looked like a child size in the large container. The sauce was leaked all over the bag because the flimsy container was crushed and all were sideways in the sack, poorly packaged. Food was hot, but disappointed.

We love going to Othello's but were disappointed with the food that was delivered. They send no bread and the $6 salad came with 2 croutons, one little onion, one slice of cucumber and a hand full of lettuce. The Manicotti was super small! Not worth the price for delivery .

Soo many noodles for the amount of sauce provided. The meat sauce on the Trio Spaghetti was bland. The Small Caesar was nothing to write home about. The Side Bread was good and the fountain Coke was good.

All dishes ordered were requested to be upgraded to include meat sauce. None of our 3 dishes arrived with the requested upgrade. However, we were charged.
Two dishes ordered, the chicken parm, and the meatball sub were burned.
And in general, the sauce seemed to be overcooked.
Ordered Cannoli... one regular and one chocolate, both arrived regular.
Calamari was severely undercooked.
For nearly $120 we paid, I feel wed been better off with Chef Boyardee.
I'm not sure we will try this again.
