• 3/28/26The good: steak tasted amazing per usual, and was cooked to the perfect temperature.
The not so good: portions have gotten much smaller, especially the Sydney Shrooms and the ceasar salad. The blooming onion was a bit too oily with too much breading. Wish there was some butter in the mashed potatoes, tasted like nothing and was a bit dry.

• 2/1/26The place comes in loud and confident, like it knows it owns the night. Big room, bright plates, servers moving with purpose. You sit down hungry and expectant, and they make good on it.
I order the filet because that is how a man tests a house. They handle it clean. Proper cook, tender through the center, seasoned with confidence, and served hot without delay. The steakhouse mac and cheese is rich and indulgent, smooth as a good line, and clearly built to impress. The breadsticks arrive warm and vanish fast, which is the only review breadsticks ever need.
Now the real play. Dessert. The carrot cake comes out swinging. Moist, balanced, properly spiced, and easily the best commercial version of the classic I have found anywhere. I order it almost every time because I have learned to trust my instincts.
Portions are generous across the board, the food is consistent, and nothing arrives tired or careless. I would order this again without hesitation, and I do when the night calls for it.
Five stars. Big flavors, big confidence, and a kitchen that knows how to close strong.

• 7/17/25The Bloomin' Onion® was once my favorite appetizer. The presentation has changed through the years. This order was quite salty.
My Potato with Honey & Brown Sugar was just the right size. I was surprised at how bland it tasted without the toppings...reminded me of GMO products.
