The BSOM shaken espresso i got today had the espresso and the cold foam, but didnt have the oatmilk between the two like it was supposed to, leaving a full inch of room at the top, and leaving the espresso shots burnt. I usually love this place tho, and they typically do a great job. Im sure it just got forgotten <3

Not all Starbucks are equal. I travel a lot and OZH is the only one I can count on for consistency and quality. Coffee is my happy treat, and I've never been disappointed here. They're my sanity heroes!

I ordered the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. It tasted like watered down coffee and had no vanilla taste to it. Would not order again.

normally i love my orders but this time I like always I add a shot of espresso to my chai latte and they didn't give me my shot and ordering it through door dash is expensive so for them to get it wrong today is pretty frustrating other than that i love them.
