I ordered a "Super X-Tudo" with fries—a combo that includes fries and a soda—but I only received the sandwich. I called to resolve the issue, but they said there was nothing they could do. I won't be ordering again, as this is the second time items have been missing from my order.

I am writing this complaint to alert you how disrespectful the employees have been to their clients. I asked them to remove the catupiry and as you can see, besides putting it, they hardly added chicken.
