ordered the fish and goat Egusi Soup and I was very pleased, it's was the perfect amount of spicy. PoundedYam portions are huge, I will be ordering here again.

Ordered while visiting Austin, The Egusi Soup was pretty good, I was disappointed that it had only one tough gristley piece of meat, I'm used to higher quality and better portioning back in phx,Arizona. I also wasn't given my Zobo. The food was nice enough but just didn't quite hit the spot for me.

I've ordered from here before so I was very surprised to see that the plate was barely 1/3 full and I basically got oil instead of "stew". For the price I paid this is very disappointing.

Usually a fan of the jollof rice here, it's the best i've had in Austin! When I try other items, i'm sometimes disappointed. The Fried Rice With Beef was a sad example, literally only a single shrimp in yellow rice. No veggies or anything, quite annoying and wasteful that this was even sold to anyone. Do better.

The Jollof is on point. It comes with stewed chicken and plaintain, just like in the picture -- they should update the description to include that. Delicious and very good portions, I will have food for dinner too!
