My company has used this establishment to cater events. Thought I was in good hands but ...good portion of the greens were wilted & brown and no cucumber & maybe too much cheese. Had there been cucumber, it probably would've balanced the cheese. The 2 tomatoes could not resuscitate this freshness if this salad. Wildly disappointing.

The salads were fresh and so tasty! I miss the summer tomato dressing but the Geek dressing is pretty tasty!

So yummy, I order about once a month. I do wish they'd put a separator sheet between items like they do in-store.
